Be prepared for CASL (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation) requirements!
July 1, 2017 was the date in which lawsuits could be filed against individuals or organiations that do not meet CASL requirements. This has been suspended to allow for more time for small business, nonprofits and charities, but compliance must already be in effect.
