MCEC is one of six conferences comprising Mennonite Church Canada. With almost 14,000 members in 90 congregations from Ontario east and worshipping in ten different languages, MCEC embodies a diversity that transcends stereotypes of the Mennonite people. PeaceWorks has assisted MCEC by:
- Helping them to initially set up a computer network, maintaining it and keeping it current for over 10 years
- Working with them to create a database architecture that integrates internal processes with reporting needs
- Building the technical infrastructure for their content-managed website, complete with calendars, event registration, and an online resource library
